10 JOURNALING PROMPTS THROUGH MISCARRIAGE
If you are grieving the loss of a baby, I am so sorry! It's one of the hardest things to go through, and although you will never forget (and you don't want to)... it will get easier. It IS possible for your heart to heal because we serve a loving Father who comforts us and takes care of us and desires for us to walk in full and complete health- physically AND emotionally!
HE COMFORTS US IN OUR TROUBLES

We went in for our 20 week ultrasound, excited to see our little one on the screen, only to have our worlds turned upside down. The tech left the room, and returned with the doctor. After taking a quick look, he said the words no pregnant mother wants to hear "I'm sorry, but your baby's heart has stopped beating".
We LOVE our social media pages and all the community that's there. But we felt there was a need to have a group SPECIFICALLY for baby loss (any term or type of miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death). So today we opened the new group, and we want to invite you.
Fear of miscarriage is a very real issue. We try for so long to get pregnant, then we finally, finally get that BFP!! And for a very brief moment we're over the moon, on cloud 9, and we're happier than EVER. Then fear sets in...
If you have experienced a miscarriage, you will be so ridiculously encouraged by something my dad sent me (skip ahead to the 21 minute mark). Ya'll, it's really good. I also share a list of scriptures that brought me comfort during our time of grief, and I've listed them for you below!
So many people stay quiet about loss and miscarriage. We want you to know that you're not alone, that we know it's hard, and that you CAN and WILL get through this. I remember it felt like the breath got knocked out of me when the (not so friendly) tech told me there was only one heartbeat...

We also discuss grief, faith, and I share valuable suggestions for how to support couples experiencing miscarriage.
